The future is Bright(on)

Because I’ve been away in Exeter for 3 years for my undergraduate degree – two blessings are now apparent to me.

The first is that I have cultivated an intimate knowledge of Exeter’s restaurant, cafe and cocktail scene (see TCC’s Top 5 cafes and lunch spots in Exeter!)

The second is that I can now come back to Brighton with fresh eyes and a fresh palate, rediscovering the food scene with just a twang of homely nostalgia.

Like any thriving city, Brighton’s restaurant game has changed dramatically over the past 3 years, and I’m all the more excited to become re-acquainted with all the city has to offer.

Naturally, I’ll be focusing on my postgrad studies – but more exciting to me, is the afternoon ventures and lunchtime exploration

I now have a clear mission – one year to become an expert on all things foodie in Brighton and to update you all with every amazing (and not so amazing) experiences.

So stay tuned for an account of all things foodie in Brighton!
