A 23-year-old University of Exeter/Sussex student in love with cooking and sampling amazing food.

Most of my foodie adventures are with my boyfriend Matt as we’ve gone through student life and not-so-guiltily dined out. The Culinary Carousel is my little corner of the internet to record all of those adventures.

I’m not usually one for recipes and by-the-book cooking, but experimenting with flavours (and finding creative ways to change up some bulky carbs)
So recipes here are only a rough guideline – feel free to change them up as much as you want!
